COURSE OVERVIEW
This CPD accredited programme was developed by Mosaic NED in response to the FCA Asset Management Market Study requirements introduced in 2019.
Designed to support and prepare prospective INEDs in Asset and Fund Management, it provides a knowledge tool kit for aspiring and newly appointed NEDs to help them add comprehensive value in the Boardroom.
With its focus on the current issues and developments in Asset and Fund Management, the course draws upon the expertise of SME speakers, allows debate and challenge from participants and active involvement in case study examples. For that reason we believe it is uniquely placed to provide delegates with a rounded knowledge of what they can expect, and how they can use their skills and experience for INED roles.
This programme will run over eight half days over a three week period. Alongside our Guest speakers will cover – the role as Chair and other key committees, the relationship with the Chair, personal and expert experience of applying for an INED roles and a CISI Integrity Matters activity.
You can find more details on the evolution of the Mosaic NED programme on their website, including how previous attendees found it invaluable.
