What prerequisites are required for these courses?
Our introductory (‘Part 1’) programmes are designed for those with no prior experience or knowledge. As we progress through intermediate (‘Part 2’) and on to advanced (‘Part 3’) programmes, respective levels of knowledge and experience are assumed. Specific prerequisite requirements can be found on course webpages.
Are these courses available online or in person?
Courses are offered as virtual live sessions and classroom delivery depending on the
scheduled date. See above for details for upcoming deliveries.
What is included in the course fee?
You will be provided with everything required to successfully complete the programme,
including:

How do I receive my certification after completing the course?
Your certificate will be available after completing the course, accessing all online content, and submitting the evaluation on our ICE Education Live platform. You will also receive it by email as a PDF.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation of the course booking will be subject to the terms stated in the table
