The aim of this training course is to bring understanding and clarity of this complex and dynamic subject. Helping the participants analyse and assess how ESG factors could impact a company’s cost of capital, operating performance and share price performance.

ESG analysis and valuation is an emerging discipline that is both complex and nuanced. How ESG factors are likely to impact a company’s valuation both in the short-run and long-run requires detailed consideration and analysis that goes beyond adjusting discount rates and growth rates.

Incorporating this analysis into an investment process and financial model poses further challenges. Many of these ESG issues are both emerging and dynamic, which complicates the analysis further.
