Chris started his trading career in 2009 for OSTC and has experience in trading Short Term Interest Rates, Energies and Soft Commodity markets. In 2012, he became a Trading Floor Manager for OSTC Wales working from the Swansea office. Not long after, he headed to Spain in 2013 to become Head of Operations for OSTC Iberia and ran three thriving trading floors in Madrid, Seville and Lisbon. Chris’ role focused on teaching, training and mentoring traders into profitability who were under his remit. Currently, Chris is CEO of ZISHI Group, the central knowledge suite of OSTC. A full digital ecosystem of performance-enhancing knowledge, tools and technologies.

Starting her OSTC career in Poland in 2017, Kateryna relocated to the United Kingdom taking the role of Group Programme Manager. She holds many qualifications, including MSP in Programme Management and Prince2 in Project Management, and is a CSPO Certified Scrum Product Owner and CSM Certified Scrum Master. Together with the Strategy Department, Kateryna is working on delivery of strategic initiatives.

Jon holds a wealth of trading experience dating back to the mid-1980s, starting out at BNP and JP Morgan before becoming an independent trader on London’s LIFFE exchange. After the closure of ‘the pits’, Jon made a successful transition to electronic trading where he adapted his style to suit the new format of trading. Most of his career has been spent trading Government Bond Futures and Equity Indices, while in recent years his speciality has shifted over into STIR products. For the last decade, Jon has become more and more involved with trader education, writing courses, webinars and presentations. He particularly enjoys educating new traders and helping them navigate the path from novice to self- sustained trader.

Dan joined OSTC in February 2021 as the Business Manager for ZISHI. His career started in the British Army where he served for over 6 years prior to joining the world of finance. His first role in finance was at HSBC where he worked in project management on the creation of their ring-fenced bank, HSBC UK, before moving across to HSBC Digital where he assumed responsibility as the Business Operations Manager for the Secure Access team.

As ZISHI Cornerstone’s Business Development Executive, George manages Volcube, a unique options market-making simulator that has been incorporated into many leading UK and overseas university programmes. Managing relationships with Volcube university clients, George plays a key role implementing ZISHI’s accredited trading qualifications into syllabuses worldwide.

Hannah has a wide range of experience in Futures markets, from energy to soft commodities, metals and interest rates, and focused much of her activity on world-leading exchanges including ICE, CME and EUREX. In 2018 she joined OSTC’s central knowledge suite, ZISHI. As Head of Education, Hannah supports all educational initiatives and offers hands-on support for our global network of universities.

With over 20 years’ experience in finance, Rob’s trading roots have seen him traverse a variety of senior roles. He went onto develop OSTC Group’s educational arm of the business and the first-ever regulated, portfolio evidenced, Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Financial Trading. Rob’s current position sees him developing new qualification programmes and overseeing relationships with Universities, Colleges, Schools and Professional Sports Governing Bodies.

Bill has decades of trading experience of all asset classes, including equities, fixed income and commodities. He has acted as a legal expert in a number of derivatives-related cases and is the author of ‘Equity and Index Options Explained’. When asked what he feels the biggest shift is in learning over the past 10 years, Bill says, “a move towards using a blended (digital and physical face-to-face) methodology.”

Simon runs ZISHI training workshops, plus consultancy and coaching projects. He has trained delegates from many of the world’s top industrial and manufacturing companies and is particularly skilled in explaining complex strategies in a simple manner. Simon was a derivatives trader for many years and his experience of risk-averse trading has been of particular value to audiences and clients around the globe.

Daniel is an experienced Sales Director with a demonstrated history of working in the investment banking industry. Apart from being skilled in Negotiation, Coaching, Sales, Executive Search and International Business, his other key account manager roles include graduate and curriculum programmes for a range of international investment banks and hedge funds. Before joining ZISHI Cornerstone, he was responsible for the roll out of packaged financial training at Oxyor. This included gamification and simulation modules used by many clients in recruiting and training employees in APAC, EMEA and the US.

One of our operational hubs in Milton Keynes works tirelessly to see that the complete end to end interaction with our clients runs efficiently and that new firms enquiring about further support have a friendly face to speak to. Asked what she most liked about her job Michelle said, "Talking to clients who need us to support them is best part of the job. We actively work with key stakeholders to understand what they need and how to deliver the solution to best suit their business. This helps us makes sure we can deliver what's required. Ours is a people business based upon building relationships of trust and that's very rewarding for me and team".

Philippa is a qualified practitioner in Project Management, an NLP Master Practitioner, and takes great pride in helping our clients’ businesses grow and succeed through improved performance.

A senior lecturer in performance psychology and director for teaching and learning. Stuart’s research interests include mental toughness, resilience and performance psychology in general. He is involved with Resilience Projects in the Community with Man City, along with Outlook Expeditions, the Youth Justice Service, and Mental Toughness projects with the England and Wales Cricket Board.

Ross is a senior lecturer in sport and exercise psychology and a member of the Institute for the Psychology of Elite Performance. He has over 15 years’ experience working with high-level performers and coaches in sport and military settings on a variety of performance-related issues. He’s also a chartered psychologist and associated fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Health Care Professions Council registered sport & exercise psychologist.

Lew is a specialist in high-level performance, including mental toughness and performance under pressure; personality factors; motivation for exceptionally high levels of achievement; transformational leadership and group dynamics as well as organisational psychology.
