Course Overview

When presenting in a formal situation, or briefing in a group situation, there can sometimes be a feeling of anxiety which for some it turns into a fear.

Presenting should be about confidence in communication, whether it be the features and benefits of a service or product, an update to colleagues reviewing an event you attended or to explain the changes and business risks of new regulation, policy or process to the management team. In financial services,  this often includes the use of considerable amounts of data with PowerPoint or Keynote.

The key is to prepare, consider your audience and practice saying the words out loud; you will then see an improvement in your confidence and personal impact.

This interactive one day course will guide you through the fundamental skills of presenting, led by an experienced consultant with a background in professional speaking.

There are always three speeches, for every one you actually gave. The one you practiced, the one you gave, and the one you wish you gave.” – Dale Carnegie
